An Indo – Israeli Agricultural Project, under Department of Hoticulture, Haryana have come into a partnership to provide guidance to farmers and encourage them to use modern techniques and technology for growing vegetables by vertical farming and organic methods.

Responsibilities of CEV
CEV (CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE FOR VEGETABLES) will train all prospective farmers wanting to learn new farming techniques	CEV (CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE FOR VEGETABLES) would enroll farmers Sponsored by IRIL FARMS and train them and Certify them through the training taken.
