A classic salad dressing goes for a dip with a creamy and refreshing recipe for Green Goddess Avocado Hummus. This can be used as a yummy spread for open sandwiches as well!!


These ingredients are easily available in any local store near your premises. So without wasting time let’s cook this deliciousness.


  • Step 1: – Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, cilantro, tarragon, chives, avocado, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper into the vessel of a food processor.
  • Step 2: – Pureé until smooth. (For a smoother hummus, add 1 Tablespoon of cold water or extra virgin olive oil and continue puréeing until creamy).
  • Step 3: – Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, pour a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper for the kick of the taste!!
