Cheesy Veggie Pasta

It might sound unexpected, but yes you can have a lot of cheese with an equal amount of veggies that too in a pasta. Though pasta is an Italian dish, quite interestingly many countries have revised it with their own version. So let’s check this highly cheesy and equally nourishing revision.

Now, let’s quickly move on to process to finish these ingredients into a juicy and tempting pasta dish.


  • Take a non-stick pan, add some butter after it melts, add some capsicum, onion, and celery and toss it for a few minutes.
  • In the pan, add milk and cheese and let it boil.
  • Once the mixture thickens and starts boiling add all the mixed boiled veggies, salt, herbs, and peppers and stir them well.
  • Now add the already boiled pasta into the pan and bring it to boil.
    Once all the sauce is complete melts in the pasta, extract into a serving dish.
